DATE : 22 JANUARY 2020 P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Respondents tenders an affidavit sworn by Vilas Sawantrao Dongre, Medical Superintendent, Employees State Insurance Scheme Hospital, Ulhasnagar. Learned counsel for the Respondents states that the orders dated 14 June 2018 and 23 July 2018 passed by this Court have been complied. The learned counsel for the Petitioner confirms this position.

Mere compliance of the orders of this Court after notice was issued to the Respondents in Contempt Petition by 1/2

54 cp 44-19.doc itself is not sufficient to drop the proceedings against the Respondents. However, we note that certain calculations had to be made regarding payment to the Contempt Petitioner. For the delay that has occurred for carry out the calculations an unconditional apology is tendered. Learned counsel for the Respondents also on behalf of the Respondents tenders an unconditional apology in the Court.

In view of this position, we do not intend to precipitate the matter further. Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
