The learned counsel for the parties tender before the Court the Consent Terms dated 25th February 2021 duly signed by the parties and the respective advocates. The parties are present in the Court. The Consent Terms are explained to the clients by the respective 1/3

advocates in Marathi. The parties are identified by their respective advocates. The parties have also produced Aadhar Card for verification by this court.

It is provided in the Consent Terms that the respondent shall pay an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) to the appellant through Demand Draft in favour of the appellant' s real brother viz. Nitesh Dinkar Kamble as Full and Final permanent alimony. The learned counsel for the appellant-wife states that the appellant has agreed that the said Demand Draft shall be issued in the name of her brother since she does not have any bank account. The brother of the appellant Shri. Nitesh Dinkar Kamble who is present in the Court and has produced his Aadhar Card, undertakes that on realization of the Demand Draft by him, he would return the said amount of Rupees Five Lakh to the appellant. Undertaking is accepted.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked Exhibit "X" for identification.

The Family Court Appeal is disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms. Undertakings are accepted. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
