Admittedly, the applicants have filed an application for discharge before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vasai. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to invoke inherent jurisdiction under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

Needless to observe that both the parties will be at liberty to apply before the concerned Court for early hearing of the application for discharge. In case such application is filed, the concerned Court shall hear the application for discharge and shall endeavour to Trupti 1/2

11-apl-147-201.doc decide it as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of ten weeks from date of filing the application by the applicants for an expeditious hearing.

With the above observations, Criminal Application stands disposed of.
