This Court by the order dated 16 October 2023 in Criminal Bail Application No.2490 of 2021 granted bail to the present applicant on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a foreign national. It is not possible for the applicant to arrange sureties, while in jail. It is thus submitted that the applicant may be released on cash bail and three months' time may be granted to furnish sureties. Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to allow the present application. In the result, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

A] The Application is allowed.

B] The applicant be released on cash bail of Rs.25,000/- for a period of three months and before expiry of the said period, the applicant shall furnish sureties in terms of order passed by this Court dated 16 October 2023.

C] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a week, i.e., on Monday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till conclusion of trial.

D] All concerned to act on authenticated copy of this order.
