This is an application through jail with a prayer that Advocate Shri Aditya Bapat be directed to be appointed to appear for the applicant at the Government costs.

The Legal Aid Committee is requested to fnd out whether Advocate Shri Aditya Bapat is on their Panel and submit a report to the Court in that behalf on or before the next date.
