At the outset learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr.S.L. Bhosle, H.C., Khar Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, Police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Bandra, Mumbai and the same has now been numbered as C.C. No. 1766/PW/2019. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy as may be permissible under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code.

Leave and liberty granted.
