DATE : 07 FEBRUARY 2024 P.C. :- Under the Government Resolution dated 7 April 2021, a forum has been provided for the teachers who seek to make a complaint regarding their transfers to the Divisional Commissioner. The Petitioner has made a complaint on which the Divisional Commissioner has passed an order on 25 February 2021. It is the case of the Petitioner that inspite of his direction, no action is taken by the Respondent - Zilla Parishad.

Once the State has provided a grievance mechanism and the order is passed by this mechanism, it is the duty of such officer to ensure that his own orders are complied with. 3.

We direct the Divisional Commissioner who has passed the order annexed at Exhibit 'C' to examine the issue and ensure that his order is complied with if the order still remains valid in law and fact.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.

The learned AGP to communicate the order to the Divisional Commissioner.
