PER COURT :

The sentence of imprisonment imposed against the applicant was suspended by this Court by order dated 25th April, 2019. The applicant was directed to be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.

2.

The applicant has not furnished the sureties in accordance with the aforesaid order. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that on account of communication gap, the applicant has so far not furnished the sureties. However, in instructions from the applicant, who is present in the Court submits that he would furnish the sureties within a period of three weeks from today.

In view of the submission, the applicant is permitted to furnish sureties in accordance with order dated 25th April, 2019 within a period of three weeks from today.

The applicant shall attend the trial Court in accordance with order dated 25th April, 2019 till the final disposal of appeal.

5.

In the event, there are two consecutive defaults in attending the trial Court, the report be submitted to this Court and in such eventuality, the prosecution will be at liberty to prefer an application for cancellation of bail.

6.

Interim Application No. 678 of 2019 stands disposed of accordingly.
