Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, applicant seeks condonation of delay caused in filing the aforesaid appeal. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, the delay caused in filing the aforesaid appeal is 157 days however, according to the Department, there is a delay of only 17 days caused in filing the aforesaid appeal.
