DATED : 7th SEPTEMBER 2021 P.C:- Today, the learned APP make a statement that the applicant has rendered her co-operation in the investigation and in furtherance of the directions issued on 7th August 2021, has

2/3 3 ABA 2264-19.doc reported to the police station and has also rendered all cooperation including her specimen signature. Subsequent to this co-operation, learned APP also make a statement that the investigation is on the verge of completion and no custodial interrogation is required. Ultimately, the accusations will be tried during the trial and if found to be true, she will take the necessary penalty.

In light of the said statement, the applicant is entitled for protection from arrest in the following terms :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of her arrest, the Applicant - Pinki Rajendra Jain in connection of C.R.No.245 of 2014 registered with N.M. Joshi Marg police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade her from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

3/3 3 ABA 2264-19.doc (c) The Applicant shall report to the police station on 21st and 22nd September 2021 between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. In view of the disposal of Anticipatory Bail Application, Interim Application No. 681 of 2019 does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
