By this petition, the petitioner seeks a Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the respondent No.4 and three minor children, who according to the petitioner, have been illegally detained. 2.

Vide our order dated 20th December, 2023, we had directed the Police to produce the petitioner's wife i.e. the respondent Wakodikar 1/2

902. WP 3961-2023.doc No.4 and the three children through video conferencing from the concerned Police Station.

Today, the respondent No.4 and her three children appeared before us through video conferencing. We interacted with the respondent No.4 i.e. the petitioner's wife. She states that she has not been illegally detained and that she, on her own volition, left her house.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
