On perusal of application and record, it reveals that the notices of Respondent Nos.1 to 14 are received unserved with Bailiff's remark "these persons are no more trustees and refused to accept notices". Therefore, the Applicant prays to delete the name of Respondent Nos.1 to 14 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application and to add the new name of Respondent Nos.1 to 14. In such circumstances, Interim Application No.1956 of 2019 is allowed.
