40 & 41-IA-4685-2023.doc The applicants have been released on bail by this Court on 8th April, 2021 and 25th October, 2021 respectively. One of the conditions in both the orders is that the applicants shall report the concerned police station once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till further order. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been scrupulously attending the concerned police station. The copies of the attendance sheet have been annexed with the applications.

It is submitted that the trial Court has framed the charge and, therefore, the said condition needs to be relaxed. Learned APP is gracious enough to submit for passing necessary orders.

Since the charge has already been framed by the trial court, the said condition stands relaxed.
