Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw all these petitions unconditionally. 3.
The petitions are allowed to be withdrawn with costs of Rs.25,000/- each to be paid to the Advocate Association of Western India within one week from today.

At the request of the petitioner's advocate, the petitioner shall be permitted to demolish their own structure after removing all the articles therein within 72 hours from this order. 5.
It is clarified that if the petitioner fails to remove the articles and demolish the structure within the stipulated time, the respondents shall be at liberty to demolish the structure without further notice if necessary with police protection. The Local Police may grant all necessary assistance to the respondents, if they apply.
