Ms.Vyas, learned Additional Government Pleader has placed on record communication dated 21st December 2023 addressed by the State Tax Officer (Bhayander-West-701) to the Chairman/ Secretary, Moreshwar Vihar Co-op. HSG. Society Ltd., where the premises in question subject matter of the notice are situated, informing that the letter dated 29th November 2023 attaching the flat belonging to the petitioner has been withdrawn.

Resultantly, since the attachment itself having been withdrawn, further adjudication of the petition is not called for. -------------------------
