P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to surrender before the concerned Investigating Officer on or before 11.00 a.m. on 26th December, 2018. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
