The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appeal will be filed within a period of three weeks. Ad-interim relief granted by order dated 21.12.2018 to continue for a period of six weeks so as to enable the Petitioner to file an appeal and move an application for ad-interim relief before the appellate authority.
