It is an application for restoration of the Appeal which was dismissed in view of the self-operative order dated 3rd August, 2002 passed by the Registrar (Judl-II) and for condonation of delay of 104 days caused in filing the present

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. That for the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within a period of 3 weeks from today. 3.

Subject to removal of office objections, the delay shall stand condoned and Appeal and Civil Application restored to file. It is made clear that, if office objections are not removed within such time, the Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 4.

The Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (e) and disposed of.
