By this Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the directions be issued to the Court of Sessions at Pune to decide Criminal Bail Application No. 1243 of 2018, which is pending on the file of the learned District Judge-1, Pune since 2nd April, 2018.

The petitioner/accused is facing trial under sections 406, 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code; under section 66 (D) of Trupti Page 1 of 2

p512-wp-5796-2018.doc Information and Technology Act, 2000; under sections 4 and 5 of the Price Chit Fund and Money Circulation Act (Banning) and also under section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Deposit Act.

The learned APP submits to the order passed by this Court. 5.

In view of the above, Criminal Bail Application No. 1243 of 2018 is to be decided by the learned District Judge-1, Pune on or before 22nd January, 2019.
