2) The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the instant application is preferred as the application for pre-arrest bail in Criminal Bail Application No.7533 of 2023 filed before the Court of Session is adjourned to 28th December, 2023 and the applicant has not been granted any interim protection. 3) Since the application for pre-arrest bail is pending before the Court of Session, it would be appropriate that the same is decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. 1/2
