At the outset learned A.P.P. submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime i.e. CR No. I-60 of 2017 police have submitted chargesheet and the said case has now been committed to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, having Sessions Case No. 160 of 2021. He further submitted that, the Trial Court has now scheduled the said case for framing of charge.

In view of above, present Petition for transfer of investigation does not survive, as the police have found substance in the allegations of the Petitioner and have submitted the chargesheet against the accused persons. 3.

Petition has therefore become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
