P.C.:- The Applicant is apprehending arrest in CR No.117 of 2018 dated 3rd October, 2018, registered with Koregaon Park Police Station, District Pune under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. A minute perusal of the record of investigation indicates that, except the exchange of mobile phone calls between the principal accused Balu Satpute and the Applicant from their respective mobile numbers, no overt act and specific role is attributed to the Applicant in 1/2

ssm 2 910-aba2655.18.doc the present crime. The law relating to the exchange of conversion on mobile phones, is well settled by the Supreme Court. In view of the above, Applicant is entitled to be protected by pre-arrest bail.

Hence, the following ordera) In the event of arrest in C.R. No.117 of 2018 registered with Koregaon Park Police Station, District Pune, the Applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.

b) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or pressurize the prosecution witnesses.
