Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for respondent-State. Perused the case diary. Applicant who is stated to be practicing advocate has sought protection from arrest in C.R. No.I-215 of 2018 registered with Wadgaon Maval Police Station, Pune. 2.
During the pendency of this application wherein applicant is granted interim protection, further developments took place in crime as complainant has received back subject property and has returned consideration amount and as such there is no grievance. Learned counsel has tendered at bar order of the trial Court who granted bail to one of coaccused. In paragraph 5 of the order, it is stated as aforesaid. Order of trial Court is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In that view of the matter, since complainant has received back his property and has returned back consideration amount, application is liable to be allowed as it is also noted that applicant had got settled the dispute as directed by this Court to make applicant an endeavour to release complainant's land and to restore his possession. In that view of matter, interim order passed on 22nd December 2018 stands confirmed. Application is disposed of as allowed. P.N. DESHMUKH, J.
