The present application fled in the year 2018 seek transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.41 of 2018 fled by the respondent/ husband seeking divorce from the applicant in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chalisgaon, District Jalgaon to the Family Court at Nashik where certain other proceedings instituted by the applicant are pending.

The application is taken out in the year 2018 seeking transfer of the proceedings instituted in the year 2018. The learned counsel for the applicant state that the evidence of the husband, who has instituted the proceedings is over. It is just a matter of few dates when the wife would be subjected to the crossM.M.Salgaonkar

33.MCA-255-19.doc examination and the matter would be then proceeded and listed for arguments.

Since the Hindu Marriage Petition is at fag end and is about to culminate into a decree, the prayer made in the present application seeking its transfer do not warrant any consideration. 4.

Miscellaneous Civil Application is rejected and stand disposed of accordingly.
