Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By the present Writ Petition fled under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the challenge is to the legality and validity of the order dated 07.12.2023 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai in Misc. Application in Revision Application No. 599 of 2023. 3.

It is the contention of learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that although he has fled a Caveat, no notice has been given to him. However, at this stage, Ms .Nimbalkar, learned

12. WP 16018-2023.doc AGP on instructions states that the said Revision Application will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of three months from today.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed by passing the following order.

O R D E R (i) The learned Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai is directed to dispose of the said Revision Application No. 599 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, on or before 29.02.2024.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.

It is clarifed that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions on merits of all parties are expressly kept open.
