1] At the outset, learned APP submitted that the trial pertaining to the present crime has already commenced and as on today, the prosecution has examined 8 witnesses. She further on instructions submitted that the prosecution is intending to examine 10 more witnesses in support of its case.

2] In view of the aforesaid stated fact, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the present trial is not concluded within a period of seven months from today. Leave and liberty granted.

3] Application is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 1/1
