By this Civil Application, Applicant/original Claimant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by Insurance Company along with the interest without furnishing any security but on her personal undertaking.

Learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that they do not have any objection, if the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount without furnishing any security but on her personal undertaking.

Considering this fact, by consent of both the parties, following order is passed:

a) Applicant is permitted to withdraw the Sneha Chavan 1/2
