Having regard to the period of incarceration, a case for expeditious conclusion of trial is made out.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, seized with Sessions Case No.1318 of 2019 arising out of CR No.471 of 2018 registered with Wakola Police Station, is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of nine months from the date of the communication of this order.
