Learned Counsel for Respondent has filed an Affidavit stating the current address of the Respondent as well as making an averment that the Applicant / Appellant may arrange his visit to the child - Master Soham, at the said address.

On hearing the learned Counsel for the respective parties, we direct that the Applicant / Appellant may visit child Master Soham URS 1 of 2

2 21-CAM 23-19.odt at the address communicated in paragraph 1 of today's Affidavit, on 24/02/2019 at 9.00 a.m. and provided the child is ready to accompany the Applicant / Appellant, the Respondent may allow the child to accompany the Applicant / Appellant for a day outing but he shall return the child to the custody of the Respondent at or before 7.00 p.m. on the said date.

This order shall remain in force on every alternate Sunday till the final disposal of the Family Court Appeal. 4.
