Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13/06/2018 passed in BA 2636 of 2016. Applicant was released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

Although he was granted bail on 13/06/2018, for want of furnishing sureties, he continued to be in custody. It is therefore prayed that for temporary period, applicant may be directed to be released on cash security to enable him to furnish surety within stipulated time. Considering the submissions, I pass following order:

O R D E R

(I) Order dated 13/06/2018 passed in Bail Application No. 2636 of 2016 is modified to the extent that the applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- for a period of 6 weeks.

Application stands disposed of.
