This is an application for change of name of the Petitioner as appearing in the title clause of the petition, as in the interregnum, the name of the Petitioner has been changed as 'Gadgil Developers Private Limited'.

The copy of the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to the change of name dated 2 May 2019 is produced alongwith the application.
