Applicant was granted bail by order dated 12/04/2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 757 of 2018. He was enlarged on bail executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount.

It is submitted that the applicant is handicapped person and is

2 503.1586.18 appp.doc not in a position to furnish surety as he is in custody. It is submitted that although the applicant is directed to be released on bail by order dated 12/04/2018, he continued to be in custody for want of furnishing sureties.

Considering the aforesaid submission, I pass following order.

O R D E R

(I) Order dated 12/04/2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application no. 757 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- for a period of 6 weeks to enable the applicant to furnish sureties in accordance with order dated 12/04/2018. (II) Rest of the conditions shall remain intact.

Application stands disposed of.
