By this application, the Applicant/Appellant seeks to bring on record legal heirs of Respondent No.1, who expired on 13th November 2022. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the fact that the deceased had also filed First Appeal No. 1275 of 2009 which is pending, the prayer is granted. The Applicant/Appellant is permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.1 within 10 days from today.
