Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that Applicants have filed a Suit No.36 of 2015, which is pending before this Court. The Respondent has filed a Suit, which is pending before the City Civil Court, Mumbai. The Suit value of Applicants is Rs.2.48 Crores, now the Pecuniary Jurisdictions of the City Civil Court has been 1/2

Shantanu Dhudum 16-MCA-434-2023.doc increased to Rs.10 Crores hence, the Suit filed by the Applicants be transferred to the City Civil Court Room No. 81, Mumbai. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection for it. 4.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, Suit No. 36 of 2015, which is pending before this Court be transferred to the City Civil Court Room No.81, Mumbai.
