1] In pursuance to the order passed by this Court dated 21st February 2019, the Petitioner has already been transferred to the posting at Solapur.

2] Mr. M. B. Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3 states that in April and May in various schools under the management of Respondent No.3, the posts of Head Master are likely to be vacant. He further submits that since the Petitioner is due for promotion, the Petitioner would be considered on the said vacancies becoming available. BGP. 1 of 2

3] In that view of the matter, the Petition is disposed of with an observations that in the promotional postings to be made, the Respondent No.3 may consider the request of the Petitioner for posting him at any of suitable stations where the vacancy would arise.
