These are the applications for cancellation of anticipatory bail application granted to the Respondent No.1 by the Sessions Court vide order dated 16th October, 2018. Complaint is filed by the wife of the applicant. In the circumstances, it would be appropriate if the original complainant prefers application for cancellation of anticipatory bail application. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw these applications with liberty to prefer fresh application for the said relief at the instance of the original complainant. 3.
