This application is for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by learned Jt. CJSD, Nashik dated 3rd May 2013 in LAR No.133 of 2010. The delay is of 6 years and 82 days. Learned AGP submits that learned SLAO had awarded Rs. 3,112 towards compensation, the same is enhanced to Rs. 43,224/- . The amount is meager. Considering that if he is ready to argue the appeal just now and for the reasons recorded in the application, the application stands allowed. Delay is condoned. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
