Chavan attached to Mumbai Police Station, District Thane submitted that, after completion of the investigation of present crime, the police have submitted charge sheet on 15th June 2018, in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Thane and said case has been numbered as Sessions Case No.337 of 2018. That the trial Court has issued non-bailable warrant against the Petitioners.
