Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP.

The petition is filed for following reliefs :- "(b) Issue appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent No.2-Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nashik to decide the tribe claim of petitioner as early as possible, in accordance with law, in such time limit as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

915-wpst-36887-2018 (c) Issue appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent No.3 not to take any coercive action against the petitioner for non-submission of caste validity certificate.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's caste claim is not scrutinized by the respondent No.2Committee since 2011 because of non-submission of caste validity as his services are likely to be terminated.

The learned AGP, on instructions states that caste claim shall be decided within one month. Statement is accepted. Since the petitioner's caste claim is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner by respondent No.3 till the decision of the Caste Scrutiny Committee.
