After hearing both sides, we find that the only order that can be passed is to direct the Committee at Nashik to scrutinize and verify the petitioner's claim as expeditiously as possible and render its decision, in any event, before 31-5-2019. The writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the rival contentions.
