Affidavit-in-reply has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.3. In the said Affidavit-in-reply, copy of the order dated 17th January 2024 passed by the Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai has been annexed. Thereunder approval for revival of five out of seven courses proposed by the Petitioners has been granted. 2.
The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners is aggrieved by the non-grant of approval to two courses. 3.
We find that under the order dated 17th January 2024, the Petitioners has been granted permission to conduct five courses mentioned therein from today. The denial of approval to two courses
Sayyed 44-WP-212-2024.doc gives rise to a separate cause of action. Accordingly, while disposing of this Writ Petition, the Petitioners are at liberty to challenge the order dated 17th January 2024 to the extent of approval stands refused for two courses. All points raised in this Writ Petition with regard to the aforesaid courses is kept open to be raised independently. 4.
