Petitioners are present with their advocate and jointly requests for quashing of FIR which is essentially under section 498-A of IPC. 2.

Consent Terms are already reached between the parties and accordingly HMP No.53/2018 is filed in the Court at Panvel under section 13(3) of Hindu Marriage Act. The Consent Terms have also been acted upon. The complainant-petitioner No.2 present in Court has accepted that she has received the settlement amount. The son is with Petitioner No.1husband. In view of this accepting the joint request we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
