... Respondents ...
Shriram S. Kulkarni - Advocate for the Applicant CORAM : DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU, J.
DATE : 11th June, 2019.
P.C.
1) As the 2nd respondent died, the Applicant filed Civil Application no. 10 of 2019 to bring on record the 2nd respondent's legal representatives.
2) He filed that application, with 387 days delay. The applicant's counsel submits that he had no knowledge about the 2nd respondent's death until his counsel informed about it. At any rate, soon after securing the information, he has filed this Civil application to bring on record the LRs of the 2nd respondent. In
Seema 4.CRA 606 of 2016.odt that context, I reckon that the delay can be condoned. 3) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of the 2nd respondent. Issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 25.06.2019.
4) The interim relief granted earlier to continue till next date. 5) The registry will ensure that appellant carry out the changes in two weeks.
6) Post the matter on 25.06.2019.
