Though Respondent nos.1 and 2 are not appearing, we have not thought it necessary to issue notice to them in view of the order, we propose to pass. The Interim Application is allowed. The delay is condoned. 3.
Mr.Joshi candidly admits that there was no possibility of filing a Contempt Petition and therefore, the Review Petitioner has sought to move this Review Petition. Mohite 1/3

We find no ground to review. The only complaint of the Review Petitioner is that this court was not informed that the Writ Petitioner (present Respondent) had filed Civil Suit in the District Court for identical reliefs. Thereafter, without notice to the Review Petitioner, the Respondents had their Writ Petition produced at 3 p.m. and unconditionally withdrew it. After this, the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, declined to grant the Respondent any relief interalia on the ground of suppression of facts for not mentioning the factum of filing the Writ Petition. 5.
In all this, we fail to see how the Review Petitioner is at all aggrieved. The Respondents have obtained no relief whether from this court or from Civil Judge, Junior Division. Merely endeavouring to make out a point of review on some conduct which the Review Petitioner finds unpalatable, is not a ground for review.
6.
Hence, the Review Petition is rejected. No order as to costs.
