This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail. The applicant has been convicted for offences punishable under Sections 4, 6, 8 & 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO Act') and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for 10 years. The applicant is also convicted for offence under Section 376 r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act, however, no separate sentence has been imposed.
