After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. Her only request is that, this withdrawal may not come in the way of the applicant to pursue his remedy of regular bail.

The request is reasonable. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. If and when the applicant pursues his remedy of regular bail, withdrawal of this anticipatory bail application shall not come in his way.
