I am informed that other matters inter se between the parties being MCA No.110 of 2020, Writ Petition Nos.4349 of 2019 and 4350 of 2019 were disposed of by a detailed speaking order dated 21st October, 2021. Again my attention is invited to the direction issued, whereby the proceedings before the Court below were expedited. It is prayed that even the present petition can be disposed of by expediting custody proceedings which is subject matter of challenge.

Having regard to the fact that the parties to the proceedings are same as that of one in the order dated 21st October, 2021 passed by this Court referred above and the issues are based on the similar set of pleadings, the judicial discipline warrants that to avoid repetition of findings to direct the expeditious disposal of BGP.
