This Application has been filed through Jail, seeking permission to withdraw the Appeal.

Learned APP has tendered a report submitted by the Yerwada Central Prison, which indicates that the Applicant has been released on Covid-Parole and he is out of prison. The report also indicates that the Applicant has sofar undergone the sentence of about two years. He has been sentenced to suffer 7 years imprisonment.

Hence, at this stage, his prayer cannot be granted. 4.

Interim Application is rejected.

The order may be communicated to the Applicant through Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison.
