Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners have already deposited 50% of the amount of Rs.8.38 lakhs with DRAT in terms of the order dated 22 December 2018 of this Court. By the said order dated 22 December 2018 this Court has also directed the Respondent Bank to defer taking property of the secured asset till today i.e. 7 January 2019. Inasmuch as the Appeal of the Petitioners before the DRAT is pending, the Petitioners would at liberty to apply for interim reliefs before the DRAT, which shall be decided on its own merits. The Petition to stand disposed of.
