The petition which was filed by the petitioner who is aged 27 years and at present in the 22nd week of her pregnancy, has sought a writ in the nature of mandamus from this Court directing to undergo an examination through a properly constituted Medical Board and thereby terminate her pregnancy on such a report being received.

Tilak 529 The petition was filed on 2nd December 2018 when the matter was circulated and taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the said writ petition and she makes a categorical statement that the said petition is being withdrawn on the instructions of the petitioner who had given her clear instructions for withdrawing the petition since she has decided to continue with the pregnancy.

In such circumstances and for the aforesaid reasons, leave to withdraw the petition is granted. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. (SMT.BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.)
